Recently, the Anhui Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology announced the list of 2024 Green Factories in Anhui Province. TWS Anhui was successfully selected for its outstanding performance in green manufacturing and sustainable development.
The 2024 Anhui Green Factory Selection aims to implement the "14th Five-Year Plan for Industrial Green Development" and the "Implementation Plan for Carbon Peaking in the Industrial Sector", continue to improve the green manufacturing and service system, build a number of green manufacturing benchmarking enterprises, and lead the green and low-carbon transformation of the industrial field. According to the "Interim Measures for the Gradient Cultivation and Management of Green Factories" and the "Interim Measures for the Evaluation and Management of Green Factories in Anhui Province", it selects and recommends enterprises with good green manufacturing foundation and strong demonstration-promotion ability, strictly review and recommend the best.
Introducing the third-party evaluation mechanism proactively, TWS Anhui invited professional evaluation organizations to set up a green factory evaluation team. In accordance with the requirements of policies and standards of Green Manufacturing System, the team reviewed the seven aspects of TWS Anhui, including basic requirements, infrastructure, management systems, energy and resource inputs, products, environmental emissions and performance, comprehensively and systematically evaluated the establishment and performance level of its green factory, determined its compliance and proposed the next step of continuous promotion of the green factory construction plan.
