Recently, the Anhui Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology released the list of Intelligent Factories and Digital Workshops in Anhui Province in 2024. TWS Anhui was successfully selected as 2024 Provincial Digital workshop in Anhui for its lithium-ion battery pack flexible workshop.

The Anhui Provincial Intelligent Factories and Digital Workshops Selection aims to implement the "Implementation Plan for Promoting High-end Intelligent and Green Development of Manufacturing Industry through Digital Transformation (2023-2025)" and the "Fourteenth Five-Year Plan for Intelligent Manufacturing Development in Anhui Province" to accelerate the digital transformation of manufacturing industry in Anhui Province.

TWS Anhui built an intelligent and efficient operation. With the assembled automated and intelligent equipment for production, testing and inspection, and introduced advanced MES manufacturing execution system, which linking enterprise systems of ERP, PDM, OA, WMS, etc., TWS Anhui lithium-ion battery pack flexible workshop realized high flexibility, high intelligence, visual management and full life cycle data traceability in the production and quality control. After putting into operation, the production efficiency has been increased by 30%, and the precision increased by over 20%, which provides a strong support for the intelligent manufacturing level. The data monitoring makes product quality control from passively to actively, and improves product quality. Through the application of digital technology, TWS Anhui can respond to customer needs more quickly, provide customized products to meet the diversified needs, and also provide data support for its scientific decision-making. Moreover, the application of its energy storage equipment, carbon emission management software and optical storage and charge cloud platform not only provides green electricity for the whole factory, but also helps control and reduce pollution, energy saving and consumption, and realizes the coordinated development of production and environmental protection.
