The series of investigation aim to provide one-on-one assistance to AEO advanced certified enterprises in the customs area, understand the business difficulties of enterprises, and solve problems for enterprises. The Huangpu Customs has launched a number of measures to promote the stability and quality of foreign trade, focusing on the six aspects including developing credit management for Specialized, Refined, Featured and Original enterprises, supporting the development of new forms and new models, supporting the construction of bulk commodity storage and transportation bases, implementing targeted commodity inspection measures, further helping enterprises to reduce costs and providing entry customs clearance convenience, to help enterprises reduce production and operation costs, ensure the stability of the industrial chain and supply chain, and stabilize the basic foreign trade.

The two sides exchanged views on the key points of export risk control and prevention focus, customs clearance, commodity inspection timeliness, internal management and internal audit guidance of AEO advanced certification. Liu Huabing introduced, the General Administration of Customs and Huangpu Customs have formulated a series of measures to promote the stability of foreign trade recently, and combined with the in-depth practice of serving enterprises activity, Luogang Customs has carried out the Customs Assistance Activity, and selected 8 enterprises with good reputation and growth to carry out one-on-one key assistance and actively help the high-quality development of enterprises. TWS Technology is one of the eight key enterprises supported by Huangpu Customs. While the enterprises run compliance operation and safety production, Luogang Customs will also carry out internal coordination, territorial inspection, guidance and training in the customs department through the customs assistance action to help enterprises improve the efficiency of customs clearance. Luogang Customs will also give full play to the effectiveness of the coordinator's working mechanism, promote the full coverage of the coordinator service of Specialized, Refined, Featured and Original enterprises in the customs area, to ensure the export stability of enterprises in the post-epidemic era.

In December 2020, TWS Technology received the AEO Certified Enterprise Certificate issued by Huangpu Customs, with the certification type as Advanced Certified Enterprise, which is reviewed every 5 years. Janice Huang said, TWS Technology conducts regular internal audits and external audits by consulting firm annually in accordance with AEO audit regulations to ensure continuous improvement, operational excellence and credit management. In terms of safety production, in addition to system certification and perfect regularly audited safety specifications, TWS Technology has set up a Safety Production Committee, led by EHS Manager and Production Director, to regularly organize safety education, training and assessment for all employees, and assign special personnel to conduct company-wide inspections to report on the points to be improved in a timely manner, formulate improvement plans and rectify them, so as to ensure that all employees maintain safety awareness production and implement it to promote safe production, compliance management, and the steady development of the new energy industry chain.
