Seizing the momentum, TWS Anhui rapidly developed its MU-MAX series C&I ESS Cabinets with various advantages. The single MU-MAX cabinet occupies space of only 1.28 square meters, which can be installed side by side seamlessly, saving 25% of used area. At the same time, the capacity of the new single cabinet has been upgraded to 125kW/262 kWh, the energy density has increased by 21%, and the internal rate of return has increased by 3%.
2. With superior performance battery cell
The MU-MAX series industrial and commercial energy storage cabinet is equipped with 315Ah cells, which have the characteristics of high safety, long cycle life, and high energy efficiency, with cell energy efficiency of 95% and system energy efficiency of 90%. The cycle life of the battery cell can reach 12,000 times, meeting the needs of charging and discharging once a day for 25 years of safe and reliable operation. The energy efficiency retention rate of the cell reaches more than 95% in five years, and the capacity is always maintained at more than 70% over the life cycle of decay.
3. Scientific and intelligent design
A well-designed energy storage system can adapt to a variety of harsh environments. Combined with its own technical strength and experience accumulation in the mechanical design, thermal simulation, injection molding, online low-pressure injection molding, processing and assembly of battery packs, MU-MAX series industrial and commercial energy storage cabinets adopt an original turbulent cold plate design, with a temperature difference of less than 3°C, dual temperature control system, with the advantages of high operating efficiency and low standby power consumption.
The new MU-MAX cabinet adopts BMS+EMS integrated centralized control system, which increases the yield of the energy storage system by 20% in the whole lifetime, and supports dynamic and static control management of demand, achieves multi-level energy management. The MU-MAX cabinet combines intelligent optimization algorithms, cloud platform remote monitoring and AI model self-learning optimization, realizing real-time diagnosis of system health status and output data analysis and report, and support the efficient design and operation of industrial and commercial energy storage with accurate and scientific energy management solutions.
To ensure electrical safety, the MU-MAX cabinet sets aerogel flame retardant at between cells to prevent thermal diffusion, adopts the hierarchical fusing and protection design among battery PACK, RACK and system to make sure the circuit can be cut off at the first time when an accident occurs. The MU-MAX cabinet also takes the fire extinguishing design in PACK and cabinet to ensure the safety of adjacent properties, and equips with explosion venting protection device in PACK and cabinet to ensure personal safety. From components to the whole system, TWS Anhui implements multiple safety protections and hierarchical fuse design in the MU-MAX cabinet to reduce maintenance costs. The equipped intelligent environmental control system for defogging and dehumidifying ensures the safe, stable and reliable operation of the product.
4. Minimalist design for quick installation and use
To shorten the lead time and streamline the installation process, TWS Anhui adheres to the minimalist design concept and further excavates the value of energy storage products. The new MU-MAX cabinet takes modular design and EMS generating optimal operation strategy, realizing pre-commissioning in the factory, plug-and-play on site, and grid-connected and commissioning within 1-3 days.
