With economic development and frequent extreme weather, global electricity demand is growing strongly. However, hydropower, wind power and photovoltaic power generation are affected by geographical conditions and extreme climates, and have strong intermittent and fluctuating power supply. To ensure a stable supply of electricity, it is necessary to promote the advancement of energy storage technology and turn unstable hydro, wind and solar energy into stable energy supply.
TWS Technology anticipated this power supply gap and proposed the TITAN container energy storage system development plan in early 2021 and started in the middle of the year. Through analysis and research on the mainstream design solutions in the market, combined with the characteristics of its own automated production line, TWS's R&D team completed the TITAN container energy storage system from design start-up to production.
The TITAN energy storage container system is based on TWS's modules and packs design features that are compatible with multiple mainstream battery cells, and integrates mainstream PCS and BMS solutions. Through different battery clusters and PCS combinations, it can realize 1000V-1500V system combinations and meet different customer needs. At the same time, TWS Technology also optimize its battery module design and provide CTP modules in addition to the traditional strapping style module.
