TWS first TITAN ESS container successfully connected to the grid

On December 29, 2021, TWS Technology's first TITAN energy storage container system was successfully connected to the power grid of TWS Anhui Factory after 2 days of commissioning and verification. After grid connection, the TITAN energy storage container system will be used for peak shaving and valley filling for the entire plant, and combined with the peak-valley electricity price difference, it will reduce electricity bills and balance energy consumption for the plant in the mode of charging and discharging twice a day.

As a professional lithium-ion battery pack solution provider and manufacturer, TWS Technology has rich experience in the design and production of energy storage and power battery packs, and has long provided solutions for outstanding enterprises in the industry such as ENVISION Energy, NARI, Risen and Tafel. To meet the requirements at energy storage system level, TWS Technology proposed the TITAN container energy storage system development plan in early 2021 and started in the middle of the year. Through analysis and research on the mainstream design solutions in the market, combined with the characteristics of its own automated production line, TWS's R&D team completed the TITAN container energy storage system from design start-up to production and installation in just 3 months.

 

The TITAN energy storage container system is based on TWS's modules and packs design features that are compatible with multiple mainstream battery cells, and integrates mainstream PCS and BMS solutions. Through different battery clusters and PCS combinations, it can realize 1000V-1500V system combinations and meet different customer needs. At the same time, TWS Technology also optimize its battery module design and provide CTP modules in addition to the traditional strapping style module. The successful grid connection of the TITAN energy storage system proves TWS's strength in development and manufacturing, and also represents TWS's ability to provide system-level green-and-friendly new energy storage products and solutions for customers and the market.
