On March 6-8, the Korean team of TWS Technology presented its total solutions of lithium-ion battery at the InterBattery 2024 in Seoul, South Korea. The exhibits cover multiple application fields, including ESS, modules, eMobility, portable power station and HL18650 Series Wide-Temperature Lithium-ion cells, attracting attention from global customers for further discussion.
ProeM series C&I liquid-cooling ESS cabinets
At the InterBattery 2024, TWS showcased its latest innovation - the ProeM series of C&I liquid-cooling ESS cabinets, which have received widespread attention. The ProeM cabinets are designed for different capacity configurations, which can be adapted to various energy storage scenarios such as industrial parks, commercial complexes, charging stations, micro-grid systems, meeting the needs of different customers fully flexibly. ProeM cabinets boast 4 key advantages: high efficiency and flexibility, safety and reliability, convenience to install, as well as intelligence and user-friendliness. It has a single cabinet footprint of only 1.8 square meters, with high energy density and long service life. It can be connected to the cloud platform for lean management, enabling remote monitoring, fault diagnosis, revenue calculation, and dynamic adjustment of energy management strategies.
The ProeM series of industrial liquid-cooling ESS cabinets successfully passed the testing certifications of UL9540A, UL1973, IEC62619, IEC63056, IEC62477, IEC61000, UN38.3, which indicates that ProeM has achieved the highest international standards in terms of safety performance and product quality, and will provide customers worldwide with an "ultimate safe" product experience.
The ProeM cabinets have been installed and applied in multiple commercial and industrial ESS projects in China, and have obtained overseas orders and will complete delivery soon.
OmniV series standard lithium battery PACK: intelligent networking and high scalability
In November 2023, TWS Technology launched the OmniV series of standard lithium-ion battery packs. The series of battery packs are available in 48V, 24V and 12V schemes, and can be connected in parallel up to 10 groups. With its one-click configuration, it is easy to achieve system integration. OmniV series PACK are designed with intelligent self-diagnosis and ultra-low power standby mode, 1C fast charging mode, IP67 protection, and can be used in industrial transportation robots, commercial service robots, material handlings, commercial sweepers, eMobility, electric boats, energy storage system, etc.
In addition to standard PACK solutions, TWS Technology also owns the capability to provide customized lithium battery solutions according to specific needs of customers, which own the advantages of high performance, long cycle life, high cost-efficiency and fast charging technology, assisting customers to achieve a balance between utility and economy.
Multi-platform lithium battery solutions for eMobility
TWS Technology has been providing high-performance lithium battery solutions to customers in eMobility industry since 2014 and has continued to launch a variety of platform solutions including 36V, 48V, 60V and 72V, which are suitable for electric bicycles, electric moped, electric trucks and electric motorcycles.
