TWS Technology attended the CIES 2023

From May 24th to 26th, 2023, the 13th China International Energy Storage Conference CIES 2023 with the theme of Driving the Construction of New Energy System and Promoting the High-quality Development of Energy Storage Industry was successfully held in Hangzhou. As a professional energy storage system solution provider, TWS Technology ESS Team brought its ESS solutions to the show, and Gary Zhang, Head of R&D of TWS Anhui, delivered a speech on the theme of Development Trend of Lithium-ion Battery Energy Storage System Integration.

TWS Technology won the "2023 Best Energy Storage System Integration Solution Award in China at the 2023 China Energy Storage Industry Most Influential Series Awards Ceremony. In 2022, TWS Technology delivered 2GWh of energy storage shipments, which were applied to a number of benchmark projects at home and abroad by many leading energy storage companies, including the source-grid-load-storage demonstration project, wind power supporting energy storage project, 100 MW power-side energy storage demonstration project, and ultra-high altitude photovoltaic power station electrochemical energy storage project, etc., covering all application scenarios on the power-side, grid-side and user-side. The product footprint covers Tibet, Inner Mongolia, Ningxia, Zhejiang, Hubei, Anhui, Henan, Singapore, Germany and United States.

In February 2023, TWS's self-developed energy storage CTP PACK production line reached mass production, with an annual output of 4 GWh for a single production line, and a total annual production capacity of 10GWh for all three ESS production lines. In March 2023, TWS Nanjing R&D Center was put into operation, as a technological innovation base in the field of  energy storage, linking with its Huaibei manufacturing site, relying on the advantages of internal and external industrial chain resources, perfect R&D system, and continuous innovation and upgrading on the existing complete product system, researching and developing new technologies, optimizing existing energy storage technologies, expanding application fields, improving performance and sustainability, and reducing costs, so as to provide customers with more efficient, reliable and economical energy storage solutions.

On May 25th, Gary Zhang, Head of R&D of TWS Anhui, delivered a speech on the topic of Development Trend of Lithium-ion Battery Energy Storage System Integration. combined with TWS’s ESS R&D trend and project case, Gary introduced the lithium-ion battery energy storage system, and shared the distribution of the industrial chain of energy storage system integration, the pain points and technical development trend of energy storage system integration.
